What we collect

Account info (name, email), Kitchen details, orders, reviews, and payment metadata. Card details are handled by Stripe — we never store full card numbers.

How we use it

To operate the marketplace: create accounts, process orders and payouts, send order and account emails, show reviews, and prevent abuse.

Sharing

We share what’s needed to fulfill an order (e.g., the Baker’s pickup address with a paying Neighbor) and with processors like Stripe and our email provider. We don’t sell your personal data.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your data, and unsubscribe from non-essential email. Contact us to make a request.

Retention

We keep order and tax-relevant records as required by law, and remove other data when no longer needed.
