What we collect

Account info (name, email), Kitchen details, orders, and reviews. Payments happen directly between Neighbors and Bakers on Venmo — Neighbor Table never handles or stores your payment details.

How we use it

To operate the marketplace: create accounts, manage orders, send order and account emails, show reviews, and prevent abuse.

Sharing

We share what’s needed to fulfill an order (e.g., the Baker’s pickup address with a Neighbor who has ordered) and with our email provider. We don’t sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies only — no third-party trackers or ad networks. Besides the sign-in cookie, if you arrive from a baker’s promo link we store a small first-party cookie for up to 30 days to credit that baker if you order. You can clear it anytime in your browser.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your data, and unsubscribe from non-essential email. Contact us to make a request.

Retention

We keep order and tax-relevant records as required by law, and remove other data when no longer needed.
